This House having taken into Consideration the Amendment
proposed by Your House to the Bill Entituled a Supplementary
Act to the Act for the laying out of Land and Erecting a Town in
S^t Marys County at a place called Seymour Town is of Opinion that
it is needless and unreasonable that the persons taking up any of the
