The Engrost bill Entituled an Act to record a Deed of Bargain and
Sale from James Gould and Elizabeth his Wife to William Scott
and Sarah his Wife Sent to the Upper House with the paper Bill
thereof by Majr Turbutt and Mr William Hemsley.
They return and say they Delivered the same.

Provincial Court or the Clerk of Baltemore County Court to Record
a Deed of Bargain and Sale from Thomas Gibson to James Kings-
bury And to make the same Deed Valid, Was Sent with the paper
Bill thereof to the Upper House by Collo Fendall and Mr Samuel
Hanson.
