The House Met this day according to Adjournment. The mem-
bers were called and all were Present as Yesterday. The Proceed-
ings of Yesterday were read over
Benjamin Tasker and Phillip Lee Esq^r from the Upper house
deliver to M^r Speaker the Bill entituled an Act for emproving the
Staple of Tobacco thus Indorsed (viz.)
