Collo Gale and James Hollyday Esqr are ordered to prepare a
Supplementary bill to the Act Entituled an Act for releiving the
Inhabitants of this Province from some Aggrievances in the Prov-
ince of Suits at Law.

The House having taken into their Consideration the Report
from the Conferrees appointed to regulate Officers fees approve the
same Collo Gale and James Hollyday Esqr having Prepared a bill
Entituled a Supplementary Act to the Act Entituled an Act for
releiving the Inhabitants of this Province from some aggreivances
in the Prosecutions of Suits at Law deliver the same to Mr Speaker
Phillip Lee Esqr from the Upper house delivers to Mr Speaker
the following Message (Viz.) [The text of this message is printed
at page 121.]
The Bill Entituled an Act to encourage the Destroying of Wolves
Crows and Squirrells being read was ordered to be thus Indorsed
(Viz)

By the Lower House of Assembly October 21st 1728.

Read the first and second time by an especiall Order and will
Pass.

Sent to the Upper House by James Hollyday Esqr and Mr Courts
who return and Say they delivered the same.

Nicholas Lowe Esqr from the Upper House delivers to Mr
Speaker the following Message (Viz.) [The text of this message

The Bill Entituled an Act for laying out Land and erecting a
Town in Saint Mary's County being read was Ordered to be In-
dorsed thus.

Read the second time and will pass.
