The following message is prepared and sent to the Lower House
by Nichs Lowe Esqr viz.

By the Upper House of Assembly November the Ist 1728.
Gentlemen
In answer to your message of yesterday by Mr George and Mr
Robins this House Concurs with you in your proposall of paying the
Charges of both Houses of Assembly and the Officers &ca more than
is allowed in the present Journal of Accounts as Current money at
10s p hundred.
