Read the second time the Act to encourage the destroying of
Wolves Crows and Squirrels which is ordered to be thus endorsed
viz.
By the Upper House of Assembly October the 22d 1728
Read the second time and will pass with a Provisoe to be added
that no person or persons whatsoever shall under a certain penalty
to be therein incerted come in to hunt with Guns or Dogs into any
Inclosed Grounds Islands Peninsulas or necks fenced across from
Water to Water without Leave or License from the proprietors
thereof.

Which Bill so endorsed is sent to the Lower House by 'Philip
Lee Esqr
His Excellency the Governor appears in the House in order to
Assent to the Act Entituled An Act for the Relief of John Beale
of Charles County
Mr Crabb and Mr Robert Hanson from the Lower House attend
in the Conference Chamber to see the said Act sealed which was
carried to the Lower House by the said Crabb and Hanson
After which Benjamin Tasker and Nicholas Lowe Esqrs are sent
to the Lower House to acquaint the Speaker and the whole House
that his Excellency requires their Attendance in the Council Cham-
ber to Present the said Act & see his Assent thereto
Thereupon Mr Speaker and the whole House attend and present
the same to his Excellency which was Signed and Assented to by
his Excellency on behalf of the Right Honourable the Lord Pro-
prietary of this province & sealed with his Lordships great Seal at
Arms and then they withdrew
