Publick Charge being of Consequence and your Honours having
promised by your message of the 7th Instant by Colo Tilghman that
if Mr Lloyd did not come in three or four days you would then
readily appoint some members of your House to join with those of
ours to inspect the said Records we now desire your Honours to
appoint some of your members accordingly
