leave to bring in a Bill to cutt off the intail of part of a par-
cell of Land called Waterford.
And the petition of Gabriel Parker and Ann his wife,
John Abington and Mary his wife William Hutchinson W^m
Pile and Elizabeth his wife praying leave to bring in a declara-
tory Bill to Supply some defects in the will of W^m Hutchinson
deced, Severally thus Endorst viz :
