By the Upper House of Assembly July the 25^th 1726
Gentlemen.

His Lordship having given such ample and moveing
reasons to your House tending to the discharge of our
demands ag^t the publick as his Lordships Councill of State
after the usual manner there remains nothing for us to say
further to you on this head save the Continuance of our just
Claims against you for the arrears due to us which we hope
your prudence will direct you to Discharge.
