In Answer to your Message of the 19^th Instant by John
Hall Esq^r and of this day by Nicholas Lowe Esq^r we are in
hopes that by the next Sessions of Assembly we shall better

see the Effects of the Act made in October Assembly last

relateing to runaway negroes to the Shuano Town; & as we
hope this Sessions is near a Conclusion we desire that the
further consideration thereof may be referred till the nexc
Sessions of Assembly, and your Hon^rs Concurrence with us
therein
