We agree with your House in your Message yesterday by
James Harris Esqr and Captain George Dent relateing to the
Act for relief and Release of poor Distressed prisoners for
debt and Concurr with you in your resolve as to the Petitions
of poor distressed Prisoners for the future.

James Holliday Mr Thos Gant John Beale Esqr and Mr
Walter Smith Members of this House to joyn with such of
the members of your House as your Honours shall think fit
to appoint in that Conference who are ready to attend at such
time and place as your Honours shall Appoint
