Render the said money usefull is to sell the Bills; and Benja
Tasker Esqr a Member of this House Offering Twenty Eight
p. Cent advance on the said Bills or such of them as are in
the Treasurers Hands of the Western Shore, we are willing
to Agree with him, with wch if your House concurs the Bills
may be sold Accordingly.

Pursuant to a proposal of this House and the Concurrence
of the Lower House therewith of the same Date with these
presents, you are hereby Ordered to deliver to Benjamin
Tasker Esqr the Bills in yr Possession amounting to £391.1.11
belonging to the Free Schools of this Province He Paying for
the same at the Rate of Twenty Eight p Cent advance in six
months from the date hereof
