Col Young Col Tilghman
Esqr Hall Col Ward
Col Addison Esqr Bordley

The Bill for Supplying the Defects of the last will and
Testamt of James Walker decd & for Setling the Lands therein
devised upon the Vestry and Church Wardens of Wm and
Mary Parish in Charles County for the uses therein Expressed
Being Read is thus Endorst Viz

By the Uppr house of Assembly
Octr the 27th 1720
By what Appears to this House it seems the Lands in Dis-
pute is Escheat to his Lordship & that Robt Yates the Peti-
tioner agt this Bill has much more Equity on his side to Pref err
him to his Lordships favour in the pchase thereof than the
Petr for the Bill. And thereupon the Bill is Rejected.

Mr Lee wth five others from the Lower house deliver his
Honr the Govr An Engrost Supplementary bill to the Act for
Ascertaining the bounds of Land within this Province to which
is thus Endorst Viz.
October the 27th 1720
Read and Assented to by the Lower house of Assembly
Signed p Ordr M: Jenifer Cl Lo. Ho.

The bill for Supplying the Defects of the Last Will and

Sent Down to the Lower house with The Peto Walkers Will
and Robert Yate's Peto By Col. Tilghman who returns and
Says he Delivered the same
Mr Tyler and Col Wool ford from the lower house Deliver
Col Young the following Message Viz.

October the 27th 1720
May It please Your honours
We have weighed the Remonstrance and Petition of Phile-
mon Lloyd Esqr And in regard the matters therein set forth
are not To be discussed hastily And as we have reason to hope
