This House have taken the Report of the Conferees con-
cerning the Free schools into Consideration and concur there-
with; but as the Establishment of them upon a good Founda-
tion is of the last Consequence to the Country, We are appre-
hensive there will not be Time enough to consider all Circum-
stances that relate to them in the manner they deserve without
lengthning the Session beyond what may be at this Time Con-
venient to the Country or the members of both Houses; We
propose therefore the referring that Affair till next Sessions
