Which Petition so Endors'd is sent to the Lower House by
John Hall Esqr who returns and says he delivered it

Mr Walter Smith and Mr William Young from the Lower
House present Mr Benjamin Mackall a Member Elect for
Calvert County, in order to his Qualification; who thereupon
takes the several Oaths to the Government appointed by Law,
