Mr James Lloyd and Mr Ralph Crab from the Lower House
bring the following Message, Viz.

By the Lower House of Assembly

Febry 20th 1721
May It please yr Honrs

This House, in order to dispatch Business as much as in
them lyes, have entred a Resolve to sit from nine of the Clock
till Twelve in the Forenoon, And from Two till five in the
Afternoon; and desire to know whether the Times proposed
be Agreeable to your Honours.

Whereupon it is resolv'd that the following Message be
prepared Viz.

By the Upper House of Assembly

Feb 20th 1721
Gentlemen. We Approve of your Proposals as to your
Times of Sitting.

Signed p Ordr Saml Skippon Cl. Up. Ho.

And the Honrble Col Samuel Young carries the said Mes-
sage to the Lower House; who returns and Says he deliver'd
the same.
The House Adjourns till to Morrow morning nine of the
Clock

Wednesday February 21st 1721

Capt John Dorsey a member Elected for Baltemore County
& Col John Ward a member elected for Cecil County to see
them qualified.

of Assembly are administred to the said Captain John Dorsey
and Col John Ward, who severally take the Several Oaths
