Appeareth to this House, that the Petitioners for the Bill have
great Equity on their Parts for the Passing the same: but that
they are no ways Relievable by the Ordinary Courts of Ju-
dicature; the Prayer thereof being against a Paragraph of
the Act of Parliament for preventing Fraud and Perjuries.
Wherefore for that the Petitioners for the Bill are not other-
wise Relievable, we think it highly Reasonable the Bill do
Pass.
