Gentlemen. The within Petition being read and Con-
sidered off, It is recomended to your house that such persons
who had rather Deliver up all that they have in the World
And be sold for the remainder of their Debts than Lye in
Goale that there be a Generall Law Impowering the Severall
Justices of the County Courts upon such Application to them
made to Sell such persons so Applying and Delivering up all
they have for what Terme they shall agree not Exceeding
seven years
