whether there be sufficient of the said Land to Satisfie the

Demands of Thatcher and Massey that remaine unsold by
Virtue of the said first Private Act And alsoe to Enquire
into the Conduct of the persons Concernd in the Carrying on

We have resolvd that orders from this house doe Issue for
such persons as the Parties shall require and that Thatcher
Continue in possession until the next Sessions According to
the former Ord^r and that the Severall Depositions & Evi-
dences Offerd Concerning the same be Lodged and Journal'd
in the Proceedings of this house at the End of the Journall
