An Engrost Bill for the Relief of Marine Duvall a Lan-
guishing Prisoner in Prince George's County.
An Engrost Bill to Confirm a Deed of Bargain and Sale
from Francis Swanson to Thos Plumber were Severally Read
and Ordered to be Thus Endorst Viz

October the 27th 1720.
Read and Assented to by the Lower house of Assembly

And sent to the Upper House of Assembly by Mr Lee and Mr
Crabb who return and say they have Delivered it. Resolved
that the Printer be Allowed five hundred pounds of Tobacco
for the Printing the Laws for the Counties &ca ....
as last Sessions, and that Mr Tasker make Coppys of all the
Publick Laws and the heads of all the Private Laws for which
he is to be allowed (by Agreement made with him) five pounds.
And the said Copys to be Delivered to the Printer the latter


End of the next week. Ordered that Mr Lee & Mr Rousby go
to the Upper House to acquaint them that nothing of Publick
business remaines before this House unfinished. They return
and say they have delivered their Message.
Philemon Lloyd Esqr from the Uppr House Delivers Mr
Speaker a Letter of Daniel Dulany Esqr on behalf of Mathew
Wallace and several Inhabitants of New Munster Thus En-
dorst. Viz.

May it please yor Honours
Being Concerned (as Councill) for Mathew Wallace and
others in a Bill Lying before this Honourable House Concern-
ing new Munster I think my Self in duty Obliged humbly to
move yor Honours for a Rule to have a Copy of such Evidences
as have been or shalbe taken to Support the Alligations of
Richd Thatchers Petition's being Willing to be under the Like
rule on my Clyents Side Humbly Conceive this method will
Save yor Honours much Time and that it is agreeable to a
Parliamentary Proceeding I am with the Greatest Submission.
