They return and say they delivered it:
Sent to the upper House the engrost Bill for the Adjourn-
ment of Talbot and Balt County Courts by Mr Charles Wright
and Capt Pollard, who return and say they delivered it:

The House Adjourns till to Morrow morning eight a Clock

Wednesday morning June the 5th 1717.

The house meet according to Adjournment who being
Called over appear as Yesterday.
Yesterday's Proceedings are read.
The Bill for quieting Differences between the English and
Indians etc: read again in the house and ordered to be thus
endorst Viz:

By the lower house of Assembly June the 5th 1717
Read the Second time and will Pass.
Signed p Order Mic. Jenifer Cl: Lo: Ho:

The Bill ascertaining the Gauge and Tare of Tobo hhds &c:
was read again, And the Question was put whether the same
shall Pass as it is or be amended.
Resolved the same Pass as it is, nemine contradicente.
Sent p Esqr Rousby Majr Hawkins Collo Ward Capt Pollard
& Mr Emerson the Bill ascertaining the Gauge and Tare of
Tobacco hhds &c thus endorst Viz.

By the Lower House of Assembly June the 5th 1717.
Read again and will pass.

Brannock the Bill for quieting Differences between the Eng-
