And Lastly we Strictly Command and require you the Said
John Hart, and all other our Officers and Ministers, within our
Said Province of Maryland to be Assisting to his Majesty's
Officers of the Customs as by Law you are required to do, and
not in the least to Obstruct his Majesty's Service under the
Management of the Commissioners of the Customs, as by
their Letter a Copy whereof we have herewith Sent is Com-
plained of.

On a Second Reading of the within bill and Inspection had
in the Mortgage made by the within Edward Gibbs and the
Endorsment of the release made by Henry Gibbs his heir at
Law, this Bill will pass.
