Valuable Estates we and our posterity are likely to Enjoy and
whereas the greatest Caution is Necessary to be given by per-
sons Enjoying places of so great Concern So we take it In-
dispensibly to lye on us to Represent our thoughts on this
Occasion to your Excellency and Honours whom we intreat to
enter into Such measures as may be most Conducive for the
Security of so lasting and great an Interest for the future,
which Precaution, we humbly think Necessary to be used with
the Other great Offices in this Province, we apprehend there
has been no Security already given on such occasions nor
any oath for the due Execution of their Offices.

They Return and Say they Delivered it.
The Committee of Elections and Previledges Returns their
report from that Comittee on the Election of Mr Tasker and
Mr Garrett which was Ordered to be Entred as follows Viz:

April 13th 1720 By the Comittee of Elections and previledges.

On Inspection into the Indentures returned from the City
of Annapolis its found that Mr Benja Tasker and Mr Amos
Garrett Delegates therein Mentioned are duly and fairly
Elected.

An Engrost Bill for the reliefe of Ephraim Cover and to
Invest him with an Estate in fee Simple in the lands therein
mentioned.
An Engrost Bill for the Naturalization of Herman Kinkee
a dutchman and his Children Peter Manadoe a ffrenchman
and his Children of Cecill County, John Lavile a ffrenchman
of Calvert County, James Parandier and John Parandier of
Charles County.
An Engrost Bill for vesting in the Rector and Vestry of
William and Mary Parish in St Mary's County and their
Successors an Estate in fee Simple in the old Stadt House in
St Mary's City in St Mary's County and the Lott of Land
whereon the Same Stands for the use of the said Parish for-
ever.
Which Said three Bills were read and Severally thus En-
dorst Viz:
April the 13th 1720.

Read and Assented to by the Lower House of Assembly
and,
