I Have Severall other Matters proper for your considera-
tion which shall be communicated to you by way of Message.
In the mean time I do Earnestly Recommend to you unanimity
and dispatch in your Proceedings and I do not doubt (what-
ever vain hopes others may have) you will make it Evident to
posterity that you are good Subjects, good Protestants, and
Lovers of your Country.

Mr Peter Taylor a member Returned to Serve for Dor-
chester County appears in the House.
Thereupon ordered that Col: Woolford and Mr Brannock
go with the said Mr Taylor to the Upper House to see him
Qualified.
They Return and say they see him Qualified.
His Excellencys Speech being Read this House Resolves
to Enter on the debate thereof to morrow morning.
Resolved that the House will Sit to do Business from
Eight of the Clock till Eleven in the forenoon and from one
till five in the afternoon and Ordered the following message
be Prepared Viz:
