Aprill the 22^d 1720
May It please Your Hon^rs
This house Concurrs with your Hon^rs Proposalls mentioned
in your Message of this day by Esq^r Hall in Joining in an
Address by way of Answer to their Lordships Speech And
therefore desire that the Gentlⁿ that are to be appointed of
your House may be Nominated that they may proceed thereon
And therefore have Appointed M^r Phil Leej Col Jn^o Mackall,
M^r James Smith, Col Roger Wool ford, Major Richard Cole-
gate & M^r James Lloyd to Joyn Imediately with such members
as your house shall so nominate

M^r Tyler & three more of the Lower House Deliver his
Excy the following Message Viz.

By the Lower House of Assembly

Aprill the 22^d 1720
May It please your Excellency.

M^r Speaker having Comunicated to this house your Excel-
lency's Letter of this day have Reassumed their former Vote
on the three pence p tonn & have Resolved Nemine Contra-
dicente that your Excy has a good right to the said three
pence p tonn so long as you shall Continue Gov^t of this
Province
