This House on reading the Report from the Gentl appointed
to make a further Representation of the Aggrievances Com-
plained of against Maurice Birchfield Esq^r Cannot Concurr
therewith for that It is Contrary to the Vote of this House
yesterday past in relation thereto.

his Majestys Royall Lycence for him to be Absent for twelve
Months for the Recovery of his Health w^ch we have herew^th
Sent that you may not Labour under any Misapprehensions
Concerning it We Desire you to puse and return it
