We have Obtained his Excy's leave to Communicate to you
his Majestys Royall Lycence for him to be Absent for twelve
Months for the Recovery of his Health wch we have herewth
Sent that you may not Labour under any Misapprehensions
Concerning it We Desire you to puse and return it

in Mentioned Sent to the Lowr house by Esqr Hall who returns
and Says he Delivered the same

Gentl. It is a great Concern to us that you Seem to reject
the Address prepared by the Conference appointed for that
Purpose Which we are Induced to believe would have been of
great Service to our Country, no man being fitter to negotiate
