His Excellency and this House think Proper to Communi-
cate to you their proceedings relateing to the Papists for your
Concurrence which are Extracted from our Journalls

menconed are sent to the Lowr House by Col Holland Who
returns and Says he Delivered the same
The four Engrost Bills following Viz.
A Bill Empowering Certain Comrs & Trustees to dispose of
the remaining part of the psonal Estates which were of Thos
Smithson late of Dorchester County Gent. & Thos. Smithson
late of Talbott County Esqr decd &c.
A Bill to invest an Estate in ffee to John Clements of Queen
Ann's County &c.
A Bill Reviving and Continuing the Act Entituled an Act
for Ascertaineing the Gauge and Tare of tobo hhds
A Bill for giveing ffurther time to the severall Tradesmen
who Orriginally took up the new Lotts &c. which foregoing
Bills being read are thereto Severally thus written Viz.
