House on the 3rd 4th & 5th Articles thereof desiring you after
you have taken the Copy of the said Instructions for your
pusall that you will Imediately return the Orriginall. And
that if your house requires any Explanation of any part
thereof Mr Speaker and such Members as he thinks fitt may
Attend his Excellency in the Conferrence Chamber in order
thereto.

Sent to the Lower house by Col Holland who returns and
Says he delivered the same.
The Bill for Supplying Certaine Defects in the Conveying
of Lands from Henry Gibbs &c. is thus Endorst Viz.

Aprill the 15th 1720

On a Second reading of the within Bill and Inspection had
in the Mortgage made by the wthin Edward Gibbs and the
Endorsement of the release made by Henry Gibbs his heir att
Law, This bill will pass

Signed p Ordr Jo. Beale Cl Up Ho.

And sent to the Lowr house by Esqr Lowe who returns and
says he Delivered the Same.
Richard Keen Deputy Sherriffe of Prince Georges County
makes the following return Viz.
Aprill the 15th 1720

I humbly Certify that in Obedience to the Comands of his
Excy John Hart Esqr Govr of Maryland and the Upper and
Lower Houses of Assembly now Sitting I have delivered Du-
plicates of what is Contained in a Paper giveing Notice to all
Papists to appear att a Certain time in said Paper menconed
to make appear what right or Privileges of theirs (as they have

given out in Speeches) are Infringed by the present Admrcon
of Government To Henry Darnall, Wm Digges, John Digges,
Benjn Hall and Clement Hill of Prince George's County Gentl.
And that I left one other Copy of the same paper for Mr Peter
Atwood at the house of Mr Benjn Hall where the said Peter
(as I have been told) was Expected to be in a day or Two, And
I further Certifie that being informed yesterday that Mr
Charles Diggs was at Mr Wm Digges I sent one Other Copy
of said Paper (this morning) to the said Wra Digg's in order
to be delivered to the sd Charles Digg's
