A Bill to Supply certain Defects in the Conveyance of Land
from Henry Gibbs &c. is thus Endorst Viz.

Aprill 15^th 1720
This Bill being read will not pass for that It may Occasion
future Disputes And possibly require a repeal Next Sessions

for want of it appearing that Notice was given to the Heirs of
Gibbs who tis thought reasonable should have notice of this
•pceeding.

His Excellency takeing notice that the members of your
house that were Appointed to Confer with some of our memb^s
take upon them in the Report from the Conferrees to make so
certaine a Judgm^t of the Duration of this Sessions that they
make it a foundation to Argue from, Desires the Sense of your
House thereon the Explanation thereof given by the memb^rs
of the Conferrence from our house not being Intirely Satis-
factory to him.
