said Brown's Evidence can be procured dureing this Sessions,
Otherwise It might be referred
The Gentl Conferrees of the Low^r House having duly Con-
sidered of the above Proposition do Conceive that as this
Sessions is likely very Speedily to Conclude, And that Entring
upon this Affair would phaps be a means to Continue the same
a Considerable time Longer they think it more for the Intrest
of the Country to Continue the former resolution of referring
the Same to the Next Sessions.

Which being read It's Resolved by this House that the
Affair af^d so farr as it relates to the Conduct and Character
of the af^d Col Addison And the other Land Com^rs is properly
Cognizable before this house And that the af^d Mark Brown be
sent for and have Orders for the bringing of his Evidences
with all Conven^t speed to prove his Allegations in His said
Petition set forth this Sessions.
His Excy the Gov^r informs this house that Col. Tho^s Ad-
dison a member thereof has been affronted by Dan^l Dulany a
Practitioner of the Law by Calling him a Little Rascalous
Fellow
And Desires of this House to know what redress can be

made to that member Considering that as his Excellency is
pleased to Observe that the said Col. Addison is an honest
Protestant and Lover of the King and Country And that
the said Dan^l Dulany is a noted favourer of the Papists.

The House Adjourns untill to morrow Eight a Clock
