Mr Lee with thirteen more members of the Lower House
deliver his Excy the following Message Viz.

By the Lower House of Assembly

Aprill the 14th 1720
May itt Please Your Honrs

In Answer to your Message by Col Holland and Six more
this house has thought reasonable to grant the Conferrence
therein proposed And therefore have appointed Mr Philip
Lee Mr Joseph Hill John Rousby Esqr Mr George Dashiell Mr
James Lloyd & Col Ephraim Augustine Herman to Joyn the
Gentl of your house in that message Mentioned who will be
ready to Attend in the Conference Chamber at three of the
Clock in the Afternoon

Francis Swanson to Thos Plumer

Which was thus Endorst Viz.
