God, of Great Britain, France and Ireland, King, Defender
of the Faith, &c. Annoq; Domini 1715, there was Enacted one
Law, entitled, An Act declaring all Laws heretofore made,
which have been Re-enacted this Session of Assembly, to be
Repealed, the repealing Clause in which Act being generally
expressed, there has thereby arisen sundry Scruples and
Doubts in the Minds of many of the Inhabitants of this Prov-
ince, what particular Laws those were which were Repealed,
and intended only to be Repealed by the aforementioned Act of
Assembly ; For the Removal whereof,
II. Be it Enacted, by the Right Honourable the Lord Pro-
prietor, by and with the Advice and Consent of his Lordship's
Governor, and the Upper and Lower Houses of Assembly, and
the Authority of the same, That the several particular Laws
hereafter expressed, which were made before the abovemen-
tioned Repealing Act, are hereby declared to be the Laws, and
none other, which were Repealed, and intended only to be
Repealed by the aforementioned Repealing Law (viz)
An Act entitled
An Act for prohibiting the Importation of Bread, Beer, Flour,
Wheat or other Indian or English Grain or Meal, Horses,
Mares, Colts or Fillies from Pennsylvania, and the Terri-
tories thereunto belonging.

An Act for Limitation of certain Actions for avoiding
suits at Law.
An Act for the Publication of all Laws within this Prov-
ince.
An Act for the Recording of all the Acts of Assembly in
this Province in the Secretary's Office, as also Trans-
mitting the Journal of the House of Delegates into the
said Office.
An Act for the Punishment of Adultery and Fornication.
An Act for the Stay of Executions after the Tenth day of
May yearly.
An Act directing the Manner of suing out Attachments
and limiting the Extent of them.
An Act for the better Administration of Justice in the
High Court of Chancery, Provincial and County
Courts, speedy Recovery of Debts, directing how small
Debts shall be recovered and for the more easy obtain-
ing of Executions against Persons absenting from the
Counties where the Judgments were obtained against
them.
An Act for the Punishment of Blasphemy, prophane
Cursing and Swearing.
