Mr Tyler from the Conference delivers Mr Speaker the
report of the Conferrence on the bill for Limitation of officers
fees which was read and ordered to be entred as follows Viz.

Maryland ss:

At a Conferrence of both Houses of Assembly held in the
Conferrence Chamber for regulateing Officers fees within
this Province on the 4th day of June 1719

And proceed to consider and regulate the Severall officers
fees and make their report thereon as follows:
We the Conferres above menconed upon Reading and Con-
sidering the former Act of Assembly provided for limiting the


Severall officers fees within this Province are humbly of
Opinion that the fees therein Assigned to the Chancellors
office are not more than Sufficient to Support the Dignity of
that Station, And therefore that they remain as they now
stand, That the Commissary Generall and Secretarys The Sur-
veyor Generalls and his Deputys the Clerk of the Council and
