Esq^r Hall from the Upper House delivers M^r Speaker the
petition of John Hall Esq^r praying to be relieved against the
Judgment of the land Commissioners in Baltemore County in
favour of a Certain James Lee with the following Endorsment
viz:

By the Upper House of Assembly
May 30^th 1719

On reading the within Petition and on examination had in-
to the truth of the allegations therein set forth, This house
is of the opinion that the petitioner is Aggrieved by the Decree
of the Commissioners and that he ought to be relieved there-
from.

W^ch was read and ordered to be thus Endorst viz:
Read and referred till next Sessions and ordered that James
Lee have notice thereof.
