Amounting to the sume of £197..4^s..1^d Curr^t money of this
Province which his Ex^cx allows to be in her hands but is un-
willing to pay the same On pretence that Debts of an higher
nature may be brought in against the dec^ds Estate.
Yet forasmuch as the said Sum of £197..4^s..1^d was money
raised upon a Publick fund and for a publick use the same
may be declared and deemed a Debt of an higher nature than
any others due from the said Col Smithsons Estate And the
said Exec^rx Justified in the payment thereof to the Rectors &
Visitors af^d against any future Claims which may be brought
in ag^t her s^d Husband's Estate.
