and three others this house has appointed Philemon Lloyd Esqr
and Col Richd Tilghman to Joyn Some of the members of your
house and desire they will meet as a Committee in the Con-
ference Chamber in the new building to morrow morning eight
of the Clock on that occasion.

On reading that part of his Excellencys Speech relating to
high roads the Question was put whether the following answer
thereto shall be made or not viz: This house on debating that
part of his Excellencys Speech relating to the publick roads
finds that there are Severall Countys that at their own publick
Charge have made and built and do now maintain as great
Bridges and Causways as those that would be made over
