Currt mony p poll on all Irish Servants being Papists to
prevent the growth of Popery by the Import of too great a
number of them into this Province And also the Additional
duty of Twenty Shillings Currt mony p poll on all negroes for
raising a fund for the use of Publick Schools within the sev-
erall Counties within this Province
A Bill for building a Court house on Longpoint in Bohemia
Mannour and on the east side of a Creek Called broad Creek
on Elk River in Cecill County
A Supplementary Bill to the Act relating to Servants and
Slaves.

All Assented to by the Lower house
And being Read are Assented to by this house And the
honble John Hall Esqr Sent to Acquaint the Lower House
thereof
Col John Mackall and three Others with a bill for Regulat-
ing Ordinaries Amended according to Report of the Conferees
