As also Colo Nathaniel Hynson James Smith St Lieger Codd
and Lambert Wilmot Gent. Delegates for Kent County are
Duly elected.
Also that Charles Wright Thos ffisher James Earle and Wil-
liam Turbutt Gent, delegates for Queen Anns County are duly
Elected. But the Sherriff hath not returned the writt of
Election
Also that James Stoddert Robert Tyler Phil Lee and Ralph

Crabb Gent, for Prince George's County are duly Elected.
Also that Colo John Mackall and John Rousby Esqr Walter
Smith and Benj Mackall Gent. Delegates for Calvert County
are duly elected.
Also that John Parry John ffendall George Dent and Robert
Hanson Gent. Delegates for Charles County are duly elected.
Also that James Maxwell ftrancies Dollahide James Phillips
and Richard Colegate Gent Delegates for Baltemore County
are duely Elected
Also that Benjamin Wailes John Jones, John Caldwell and
George Dashiel Gent. Delegates for Somerset County are
duely Elected.
Alsoe that William Dare, Ephraim Augustine Herman,
James ffrisby and Robert Laramore Gent. Delegates for Cee-
cill County are duely Elected.
Also that Mr Robert Ungle Mr James Lloyd Major Thomas
Emerson and Mr Thomas Edmonson Gent. Delegates for
Talbott County are duely Elected.
Wee also find that Roger Woollford Jno Brannock and John
Rider Gent. Delegates for Dorchester County are duely
Elected. But upon hearing the allegations of both parties in
referrence to the petition to us referred We find that Peter
Taylor Gent is unduely elected and that the Sherriff has been
very partiall and remiss in his Duty which we referr to the
Consideration of the House.
Also we find that Henry Peregrine Jowles, Truman Green-
field and George Clark Gent. Delegates for St Maries County

are duely Elected and Upon Mature deliberation had on the
Evidence declared in Referrence to the petition to us referred
we conceive that the facts therein alledged against Thomas
Waughop, are only Suggestions and find that the said Waug-
hop is a Delegate duely Elected
