given to bring in a bill this Sessions to confirm his title to the
land convey'd to him as absolutely as if his deed had been
recorded in time unless cause be shown to the Contrary next
Sessions of Assembly.

The Petition of Johannes D'hyniossa praying to be relieved

against the Sherriff of Dorchester County on his tender of
Countrey Commodites for the [release] of his body was read
and ordered to be thus Endorst viz:

By the Lower House of Assembly May the 18th 1719.

The within Petition being read it is the opinion of this
House that the Act of Assembly for the Encouraging Tillage
and the relief of poor Debtors Sufficiently Provides for the
Petitioner and that the Sherriff ought according to tht law to
discharge him on his Complying therewith.

The petition of John Beale was read and referred till
Wednesday next for a hearing that the parties may be present.

the Contrary next Sessions of Assembly.
The report of the Committee of Aggrievances relating to
Colo Hynson and Mr Snowden referr'd from last Sessions
was read and referred till to Morrow morning.
The Petition of Willm and George Bozman praying leave to
bring in a bill to confirm Willm Bozman's will read and ordered
that the heirs of John Bozman [appear] next Sessions if they
