against the Sherriff of Dorchester County on his tender of
Countrey Commodites for the [release] of his body was read
and ordered to be thus Endorst viz:

By the Lower House of Assembly May the 18^th 1719.

The within Petition being read it is the opinion of this
House that the Act of Assembly for the Encouraging Tillage
and the relief of poor Debtors Sufficiently Provides for the
Petitioner and that the Sherriff ought according to th^t law to
discharge him on his Complying therewith.

The Petition of Will^m and George Bozman praying leave to
bring in a bill to confirm Will^m Bozman's will read and ordered
that the heirs of John Bozman [appear] next Sessions if they
