confidence Establish'd between your Lord and proprietary and
his great Council conven'd in Generall Assembly.

The House adjourns for an hour

The house meet According to adjournment present as
before.

Resolved that Mr Richard Young be Serjant attendant to
this house and Moses Adney Doorkeeper.
The rules of the house read agreed to and Set up. Resolved
that this House will sit to do business from Eight of the
Clock in the morning till Eleven & from one till five of the
Clock in the Afternoon.

Resolved that Eighteen Members and the Speaker are a
Sufficient number to make an house and proceed on business.
The House proceeds to name the Gent for the Severall
Committees viz:
For the Committee of Elections & Priviledges. Colo John
Mackall John Rousby Esqr Mr James Lloyd Mr Ralph Crabb
and Capt Richard Colegate.
For the Committee of Laws The Honrble Thos Bordley Esqr
James Stoddert Esqr Mr Phillip Lee Mr John Parry Mr Ed-
mond Benson and Mr James Smith.
For the Committee of Aggrievances Mr Robert Tyler Capt
Daniel Mariartee Mr Charles Wright Colo Nathaniel Hynson
and Mr Thomas Fisher.
For the Committee of Accounts Mr Joseph Hill Colo James
Phillips Capt St Lieger Codd John Beale Esqr and Mr Willm
Turbutt.
Who are Severally Sent out.

The House Adjourns till to morrow morning Eight of the
Clock.
Fryday May the 15th 1719
The house meets according to adjournment
