Province against the Villanies of Imported Convicts. As-
sented to by the House
Ordered that the following Message be Prepared Viz

By the uper house of Assembly

June 5th 1719
Gent. We Agree that the Allowes due to the Severall Mem-
bers And Officers of this house for their three days Attend-
ance this Sessions more than what is in the Journall of Ac-
counts be paid them in mony at the Rate of Twelve Shillings &
Six pence Currt p hundred
Signed p Order John Beard Cl Up Ho.

Sent by Esqr Lloyd who Returns & Says he Dd it
Mr James Stoddert & George Dashiel from the Lower
House with a bill for laying the publick Levy this Present year
1719. Passed by that house
And being Read will Pass in this House, And so Endorsed,
And Sent to the lower house by Col Tilghman who Returns &
Says he Dd it
Ordered that the following Message be sent to the Lower
House Viz.

By the uper house of Assembly June 5th 1719
Gent.
Upon Reading Your message by Mr Hill & others his Ex-
cellency is pleased to say that he shall Pass the bill if there be a
Limitation which he Desires may be for three years, And to
the End of the next Session of Assembly which shall happen
after the three years or to the End of the first Session of
Assembly after the Arrivall of our Lord Propry which shall
first happen.

The Act for Limitation of Officers Fees Read & with the
