fences against the Courts And Refuse to Submitt or be gen-
erally Insolent & Misbehaving himself to the Courts of Justice
And his Offences are multiplyed It will be Just and Reasonable
for the Assembly On hearing such Offender or giving him
Opportunity of being heard, & having Satisfaction of his
Guilt, for the Quiet Admrn of Justice, and the supporting of
the Courts by Act of Assembly to make him Incapable to
Practice any more in any Court within that Island
I think the being of Council for Malefactors the Council
behaving himself with duty & Respect to the Courts is not to be
Objected agt him

After which his Excellency is Pleased to send them to the
Lower House with the follo Message Viz.

Mr Speaker. I Desire you will acquaint the House, the
Inclosed are the Lawyers Opinions I mentioned yesterday,
which are the Opinions of Council as I am Informed feed by
Mr Macnemara on this Occasion.
The Opinion of Sr Edward Northey on the back of the late
Law herewith sent you, sufficiently (as I think) Justifys my
Proceedings Against Mr Macnemara in the Chancery Court
and may be of use to the severall Courts of this Province
