of St Anns Parish and having heard the Vestry on their
Parts and Mr John Gresham in his Defence thereto Leave
is given to bring in a Bill to confirm the same three Lotts
therein menconed to the uses they were Design'd by the orig-
inall Survey of the City of Annapolis
An engrost Bill for Qualifying John Steele Esqr to hold
Offices was read & thus endorst viz:

May the 7th 1718.

Read and assented to by the lower House of Assembly, and
Signed p Order. M: Jenifer Cl. lo. ho.

& Sent to the Upper House by Colo Scot and Mr Pollard. They
return and say they delivered it
A Bill declaring the rights of three Lots laid out in the

p. 86

City of Annapolis was read & thus Endorst viz:
