The petition of Thomas Cook is read and referrd to the
Comittee of Aggrievances to view the Work and to make their
report thereon.
Esqr Hall from the upper House delivers Mr Speaker a
Complaint exhibited to that House agt Thomas Macnemara
Esqr the Navall Officer of Patuxent for sundry misfeazances
wth some Letters and an Account thereto relating thus en-
dorst, viz.

In obedience to your Excy's Comands I have inspected the
above Account and do find that by the Officers Adding the
Parr to make the Navall Officers and his Lpps Shipping Officers
fees forty Seven Shillings Sterling there is an overcharge in
the Said fees of fifteen Shills & eight pence Currency. And
that the Draw back on Liquors is Denyed to the value of One
pound ten Shillings and Six pence Currt I am your Excys
most Obedient humble Servant William Bladen.
