His Excy desires the Opinion of this House to what time
may be Convenient to Prorogue the Assembly. Whereupon
tis Advised that the Seventh day of October be a proper time
And Resolved it be Prorogued Accordingly
Brought up from the Lower House by Col Mackall and five
others the Address to his Excy signed by the Majority of that
House, and the following message Viz.
By the Lower House of Assembly
May the 10th 1718
May It Please your Honours
We herewith send the Address signed by the majority of
our House which we Desire may be p sented to his Excy in the
Name of Both Houses.

Ordered that Col William Holland go to the Lower House
and acqt Mr Speaker and the Delegates of that House that
his Excy Commands them to Attend him in the Councill
Chamber to see the Laws made this Sessions sealed and re-
