Emergencies wherein our Advice shall be required we will do

Conducive to our Lord Prop^ry Just Rights And to Advancing
the Prosperity of this Province of Maryland In w^ch Endeav-

His Ex^cy desires the Opinion of this House to what time
may be Convenient to Prorogue the Assembly. Whereupon
tis Advised that the Seventh day of October be a proper time
And Resolved it be Prorogued Accordingly
Brought up from the Lower House by Col Mackall and five
others the Address to his Exc^y signed by the Majority of that
House, and the following message Viz.

May It Please your Honours
We herewith send the Address signed by the majority of
our House which we Desire may be p sented to his Exc^y in the
Name of Both Houses.
