Coll Holland sent to the Lower House with the Report of

the Comitte of Aggrievances relating to Maurice Birchfield
Esq^r with his Excys Opinion and A message from this House
Viz.
I am of Opinion that the Proper Application will be to their
Lordships who will not fail to represent any Grievances to his
Maj^ty which may be Occasioned by the Officers or others
Imployed by the Crown in this Province, And a Just Repre-
sentation be also made of this affair to the Agent of this
Province who by his Advice & Intrest will be of use to their
L^pps And to this p vince in Removing this Grievance and Pre-
venting any of the Like nature for the future.
