Coll Holland sent to the Lower House with the Report of

the Comitte of Aggrievances relating to Maurice Birchfield
Esqr with his Excys Opinion and A message from this House
Viz.
I am of Opinion that the Proper Application will be to their
Lordships who will not fail to represent any Grievances to his
Majty which may be Occasioned by the Officers or others
Imployed by the Crown in this Province, And a Just Repre-
sentation be also made of this affair to the Agent of this
Province who by his Advice & Intrest will be of use to their
Lpps And to this p vince in Removing this Grievance and Pre-
venting any of the Like nature for the future.
