The Bill for supplying Defects in the Conveyance of Land
from Cary Burridge & [Cole] to Peregrine Brown
Read the first and Second times by especial Order will Pass
and so Endorsed, both Sent to the Lower House by Mr Lowe
who returns and says He Delivers them.
A Bill for Removing Prince Georges County Court house
&c. Read and passed and so Endorsed and sent Down by Coll
Thomas Addison, who returns and Says he Delivered it
The Petition of Mr John Steel being read is Endorsed as
follows.

By the Upper House of Assembly
May the 6th 1718
Gent. The Petition being recomended to his Excy ffavour
by Gent of worth and Honour who by their Stations are in a
Capacity of Doing Perticular Services to this Province at the
Time of any Emergency His Excy Joyns with this House in
Representing the Petitioner as a proper Object of Your Con-
sideration upon his Prayer for an Indulgence agl the Act of
Assembly that unqualifies persons for the enjoyment of any

Office within this Province till they have been three years
residents in it.

The Petition of the Vestry of St. Anns Parish Being read
in this House the Consideration thereof is left to the Lower
House and so Endorst, And Coll Tilghman sent to the Lower
House with them, who returns and says he Deliver'd them
Col John Mackall & two others from the Lower House with
a Report of the Comittee of Aggrievances as foll, with a
message from that House Viz.

By the lower house of Assembly
May 6th 1718
May it please yor Honrs. On reading the within Report of
the Comittee of Aggrievances this House Concurrs therewith
and Desires your Honrs Opinion whether the same is not a
very great Grievance and whether Your Honours will be
pleased to Joyn with us in an Address to his Majesty for the
pventing the like Aggrievance for the future
