Visitations be Reckoned a part of the Parochiall Charges
according to the Act of Religion

Obstruction the third

That the Jurisdiction of the Bishop Cannot well be carryed
on without a Proper Officer to write & Record the Proceedings
of the Comissarys
Solution

That his Excellency and the Honrble Houses wou'd please
to Consider of some Expedient to Support such a Writer

Obstruction the fourth
That to Serve Citations the Comissaries will find it Difficult

Solution

That the Sherriffe of Each County do Serve & return such
Citations.
N. B. That the Comissaries & Clergy to remove any uneasi-
ness that may arise upon the Account of their Charges are
fully Resolved to bear their own Expences: only with this
Request that they may Pass & Repass all ferries at all Times
without Paying.
