according to the Power vested in them by Law proceed to sus-
pend him from his practice in that Court, which if the said
Justices refuse to do I am humbly of opinion that your Ex-
cellency should shew your resentment of their folly or parti-
ality by dismissing them out of the Comission for the Adminis-
tration of Justice in that Court. Which I humbly submitt to
your Exc^ys & the honbte Councill's better Judgement, & am
with all Duty & Respect your Exc^ys most Obedient humble

the Premisses.

Capt John Rider Cap^t Levin Hicks Cap^t John Keen, Cap^t
Henry Trippe & M^r Cha^s Nutter Justices of Dorchester
County Court & M^r John Kirk to appear before his Excellency
& Councill with all Convenient Speed not Exceeding Thursday
the 6^th day of June next, And Delivered to the said Lecompt to
carry to the Sherriffe
