high Court of Chancery Commissarys Court Court of Vice
Admiralty or prosecuteing or defending any Appeals writts of
Error or any other Matter or thing whatsoever before his Ex-
cellency the Governor and Councill the sevll sumes hereafter
Expressed and Sett down (that is to say) for prosecuting or
Defending any Cause plaint or Action of what nature soever
in the Provinciall Court to finall Judgmt Agreemt or other
End thereof the sume of four hundred pounds of Tobo and
no more for any ffee in the high Court of Chancery and
Court of Vice Admiralty Six hundred pounds of Tobo and no
more for any ffee in the Commissarys Court four hundred

Error or Appeale which shall be before his Excellency the
Governr and Councill six hundred pounds of Tobo and no
more And to his Majestys Attorney Genl for any Action in
the Provinciall Court att the suit of his Majesty Indictment
presentment or Information the sume of four hundd pounds of
Tobo and no more Any Law Statute or Custome to the. Con-
trary in any wise Notwithstanding.

And be itt further Enacted by the Authority Advice and
Consent afd that if any Attorney or other person practiceing
the Law in any of the afd Courts doe presume to ask receive
take or demand any Greater or Larger ffee then before by this
Act appointed and be thereof Legally Convicted he shall be
Uncapable to practice the Law in any Court of this province
ffor the ffuture.
And be itt further Enacted by the Authority Advice and
Consent afd that all bills bonds or Other Specialtys taken by
any Attorney or Other person practiceing the Law in any of
the afd Courts or Any bills bonds or other Specialtys taken by
any of the Clerks of any County Court of this province from
and after the end of this Sessions of Assembly shall be
Endorsed on the back side thereof for what matter and how
the same did become due and for default thereof all such bills

bonds and specialties shall be Void any Law Usage or Cus-
tome to the Contrary Notwithstanding.

And be itt further Enacted by the Authority advice and
Consent afd that the ffee and ffees herein before Allowed to
be taken by Any Attorney or other person practiceing the
Law in any of the afd Courts shall be Levyed by way of Exe-
cution in such Manner and forme as other Officers ffees are
and have been Levyed and all and Every the Sherriffs of the
Sevll Counties of this province are hereby obliged Authorized
and Impowered to Levy and Execute the same Accordingly
Any Law Statute or Custome to the Contrary notwithstanding.
